How it works

From the driveway to a sent quote before you start the truck.

No spreadsheet. No line-by-line entry. No separate recording app.

1

Talk (or type)

Use your phone's built-in dictation — the mic on your keyboard — and describe the job the way you'd tell a crew lead. Paste it in. That's the whole input.

2

It builds the quote

Line items are pulled out, priced against your labor rate, markups and task list, and laid out as a clean document. Every line stays editable.

3

Send it

Get a branded PDF plus ready-to-send email text with your business info and terms already in it. Have them sign right on your phone, then flip it to an invoice when the job's done.

Built for real speech

It reads your notes like an estimator would.

Speech-to-text gets things wrong. You type in shorthand. That's expected — it's not a rigid keyword matcher.

What your phone heard

ok so its a 2 thousand square foot ranch, kitchin and too bathrooms, walls and ceilings, cabinets need refinnished maybe 18 doors, gonna need a sprayer rental, permit for the vent

What it understood
  • Kitchen — walls & ceiling1 room
  • Bathrooms — walls & ceiling2 rooms
  • Cabinet refinishing18 doors
  • Sprayer rental Job fee1
  • Permit Job fee1

One-off costs like equipment rentals and permits are picked straight out of what you said and added as job-specific fees — you don't have to remember to tack them on. Paint brands and colors you mention are picked up too, and anything you call optional is priced as an add-on.

One quote, two documents

An estimate to win the job. An invoice to get paid.

Both come from the same underlying quote, so nothing gets re-typed and the numbers always match.

Features

Priced your way, for how you work.

Everything that goes into your number is yours to set — and it all gets applied automatically on every quote. Each trade's version is built around the tasks and materials that trade actually prices.

Fully customizable pricing engine

Set your rates and surcharges once, then tune the tasks you price, your production rates, material grades and prep levels. Add or rename anything to match how you actually quote.

One-off job fees

Equipment rental, permits, dump fees — anything specific to this job. Add them yourself or let it pull them from what you said.

Professional output

A clean PDF in your own brand color with your logo on top, plus ready-to-send email text, with your business info, terms and payment details built in. Quantities show as real measurements, or as "Included" when they're estimates, so a rule-of-thumb figure never alarms a customer.

Any phone's dictation

No separate recording app, no transcription service. Tap the mic on your keyboard, talk, paste, generate.

Job tracking, if you want it

Mark quotes sent, accepted, in progress, paid, done, and log each deposit and payment so the invoice shows the true balance. Entirely optional — never a required workflow.

Follows you everywhere

Settings and saved quotes sync to your account and keep a local copy on your device — not stuck at one computer, not dead when signal drops.

A gut check before you send

See labor hours, days on site for your crew, and price per square foot — with a warning if it lands outside your usual range. A bad quantity gets caught before the customer sees it.

Tuned to your crew

After a job, enter what you charged and the hours it really took. It compares those to its own numbers and can nudge every production rate to match how your crew actually works.

Sign it on the spot

The customer signs on your phone at the kitchen table. Their signature and the date go right on the estimate, locked to the total they agreed to — change the price afterward and the old signature stops counting until they sign again.

Your terms, spelled out

What's included, what isn't, your warranty, insurance statement and start date and duration, written once in your words. Trade-specific notices ride along too: in the painting version, flagging a home built before 1978 prints a lead-safe notice.

Add-ons, products and colors

Price extras as optional add-ons the customer can say yes to, without padding the total. Put the exact product and color on each line so everyone knows what's going into the job.

Inventory that fills itself

Snap a photo of a packing slip and the items land in your stock, matched to what you already carry, with new items added for you. Low-stock flags and a one-tap reorder list keep you from running out.

Parts that follow the job

Pull parts from inventory straight onto the quote at your sell price. Mark the job accepted and the stock comes out on its own, so your count stays right without a second thing to update.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask

Is there a monthly fee?

Nothing required from us. You pay once and the tool is yours. It lives in your account, not ours. The only ongoing cost is your own subscription with a major AI provider, which they bill you for directly. We don't resell it or add anything on top.

Which AI subscription do I need?

A standard paid plan from a major AI provider. Before you book, we'll tell you exactly which plan and what it costs, so there are no surprises. If you already have one, we'll check that it works. You pay the provider directly; we don't resell it or add anything on top.

What happens on the setup call?

We share screens and build it together in your own AI account. We load your rates, markups and surcharges, set up the tasks and materials you price against, and add your logo, brand color, business info, payment terms and pay link. Then we run a real job through it from your phone so you leave ready to quote. Most calls take 60–90 minutes.

What's the difference between Setup and the Growth package?

Setup gets the quote tool built and working with your rates in one call. The Growth package is for getting more bids out and winning more of them. On top of setup, you get four 30-minute coaching calls in your first 90 days, your price sheet imported, custom estimate and invoice wording and your whole team trained. It also comes with a new one-page website for your business, the Agent Pack (four AI assistants for follow-ups, change orders, price pushback and payment reminders) and 90 days of priority support, plus our quoting-in-30-days guarantee.

What's in the Agent Pack?

Four AI assistants we install in your account with the Growth package. You describe what's going on in plain words, and they write the text and email in your name. The Follow-Up Agent handles quotes that went quiet, old quotes worth reviving and review requests. The Change Order Agent prices extra work from your rates and writes it up for the customer to approve before you start. The Close-the-Bid Agent answers "too expensive" or "the other bid was lower" and offers scope options instead of cutting your price. The Get-Paid Agent writes deposit and payment reminders that get firmer as an invoice ages. They write the message; you send it.

Do I need a special app or microphone?

No. It works with the dictation already built into any phone's keyboard. Talk, paste the text in, and generate. You can also just type — shorthand and typos are fine.

Will it work for my trade?

Today it's built for painting contractors: interior, exterior, cabinets, decks and fences, with paint grades, sheens, prep levels and production rates you set yourself. Fencing, flooring and drywall versions are coming soon. If you're in one of those trades or another one, leave your email at the bottom of this page and pick your trade, and we'll let you know when it's ready.

Where is my customer data stored?

In your own AI account, with a local copy on the device you're using. There's no company hosting your customer list in the middle.

What if it gets a line item wrong?

Every line on the quote is editable before you send it. It's built to read messy speech the way an experienced estimator would, but you always get the final say.

What's the difference between the estimate and the invoice?

The estimate shows scope and price, what's included and what isn't, your warranty and schedule, and a signature line — it's for before the customer says yes, with no payment info. The invoice lists the deposit and payments you've logged, the balance due, your payment terms and an online pay link — it's for after. Both come from the same quote, so there's no retyping.

Can my customer sign the estimate on my phone?

Yes. They sign on your screen and the signature, their name and the date are placed on the estimate, tied to the total they agreed to. If you change the price afterward, the signature stops showing until they sign again. It's a simple on-screen signature, not a certified e-signature service, so check what your state requires for contracts. If you'd rather, you can print the estimate and sign by hand.

How do I know the numbers are right for my crew?

The starting production rates are ballparks. After a few finished jobs, enter what you charged and how many hours each really took, and it compares those to its own numbers. If it's running fast or slow, it can scale every production rate to match your crew. Every quote also shows labor hours, estimated days on site and price per square foot, so a bad quantity stands out before you send it.

Do I have to use the job tracking?

No. Sent / accepted / in progress / paid / done tracking is there if it helps, and invisible if it doesn't.
